1. The Buyer submits to GM GLOBAL GROUP a signed and stamped LOI document prepared on its own letterhead.
The LOI should contain the following information.
- Product – Product
- Origin – Origin of the product
- Packaging – Product Packaging
- Port of Loading

GM GLOBAL GROUP International Oil and Gas Trade Working Procedures
1. The Buyer submits to GM GLOBAL GROUP a signed and stamped LOI document prepared on its own letterhead.
The LOI should contain the following information.
- Product – Product
- Origin – Origin of the product
- Packaging – Product Packaging
- Port of Loading
- target point
- Quantity – How much product demand and in how many lots
- Payment terms
2. GM GLOBAL GROUP can make price and procedure notification in 2 ways in response to the LOI document sent by the buyer.
a) Signs the commission principle agreements with the Seller and the Buyer and sends the Procedure + Price Statement prepared directly by the Seller to the Buyer.
b) If the Seller and the Buyer do not want to sign a commission contract, then GM GLOBAL GROUP adds its commission to the price in the Price Notice prepared by the seller and presents the Commissioned Price Notice to the buyer.
3. In both cases, if the buyer accepts the Procedure + Price Statement, he sends the ICPO document he has issued on his letterhead to GM GLOBAL GROUP. This ICPO document contains all financial and business information and bank account information.
4. This ICPO means that the buyer agrees to both the procedures and the posted price.
5. GM GLOBAL GROUP, in response to the ICPO document sent to it by the buyer, forwards the FCO document prepared on the letterhead of the seller or himself to the buyer. In this way, the price offer becomes official, this price has a validity period of 7 days.
6. The Buyer makes the final checks based on the Proforma Invoice sent to the Buyer together with the FCO and conveys the net purchasing decision to GM GLOBAL GROUP.
7. Based on the buyer's final approval and purchase decision to FCO, the parties sign the following 2 contracts. These contracts include agreed procedures, commission definitions, terms of sale, and definitions of all documents and information regarding delivery and payment.
a) Confidentiality Terms - Irreversible Commission Agreement NCNDA/IMFPA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
b) Final Sale Contract
8. Buyer must submit TSA (Tank Storage Agreement) or T/C (Term Charter Contract) documents before obtaining FCO certificate and SPA (Miscellaneous Person Account) documents before sales contract.
9. Based on the buyer's completion of all necessary documents before the contract, the seller will also submit the necessary documents showing the Existence of the Goods.
10. Commission payments to be earned by GM GLOBAL GROUP will be transferred to the company's bank account within 24 hours following the transfer of ownership of the goods from the seller to the buyer.
